- Account info: name, email, password (hashed)
- League data exported from Madden Companion App
- Payment info processed by Stripe (we never store card details)
- Limited first-party analytics: We collect basic information about how The Gridiron HQ is used, such as pages viewed, traffic source, device/browser category, and approximate city or country. We use anonymous visitor and session identifiers, along with a scrambled (hashed) network identifier, to understand site usage and detect automated traffic. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not store raw IP addresses or exact location. Analytics records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

3. DATA SECURITY
Passwords are hashed. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

We use first-party cookies for sign-in and limited site analytics. Our analytics cookies use anonymous visitor and session identifiers so we can understand how people use The Gridiron HQ and measure things like visits and page views. We do not use these cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell analytics data. We do not use third-party analytics services.
